I personally hate having JJ oop facing aggression. I think I agree with richard here. 4bet then get it in against this LAGtard. Shipping 35bbs with JJ can't be that bad, can it?

Well I find this is the problem with using a HUD for mtts, and sometimes I curse it for some of the decisions I've made based upon it. The sample is really small, but most of the time in mtts, the sample is gunna be around this size, so I mean where can you really draw the line between it being too small and good enough to use?

I also didn't have enough time to go into the hand history and check what his other 3bet sizes were (was 8-tabling) but, I also think his 3bet sizing looks super strong, doesn't this factor into how we proceed as well?

We often won't have a bigger sample than this so the only way to go is really to just keep an open mind and try not to assume too much about someone you don't know.

As for the sizing the way I see it someone who has been 3betting 17% (which is pretty sick in itself) just 3bet us in like the most obvious 3bet spot ever so I don't know if I'm willing to assume he's strong here

Its a pretty tough spot here but I think there are some choices that really only you can make here. With the numbers the way they are, Im prob gonna 4 bet to like 24k and get it in when he pushes. Your other choices here are to call and basically fold if you dont hit a J, or you could prob get it in on a flop like 8910. I just think if your just calling you basically are giving him credit for a big hand, unless you want to call off one bet on the flop and if he fires on the turn then you prob gotta let it go. I really dont see folding, So me its either 4 bet and get it in here or call hoping to flop the world. This is a really tough spot imo though, arg I really think best play here is 4 bet and get it in.

To me, villains 3-bet size is either a monster or a feeler 3-bet. Given that he has 3-bet 17% of the time, I would lean towards the feeler type and re-ship it into him. Unless he has AA or KK, he folds to your shove as your hand looks like a monster given the action.

And if he has AA or KK, good for the lagtard, 3bet spewer. :)

I error on the side of caution and flat. Unless you are looking to be super aggro you can shove here and hope you don't run into QQ+. With 35 left you have a lot of poker to play so no need to get too heavily involved.
