I agree with this mostly, 'it depends on your postflop skill' is probs the best answer, and I agree that we should be exploiting a chronic BB defender with a tighter range, but I think this range should include J8s, and cut out hands like T9o or 86s. You want higher cards so you can hit top pairs and take him to value town, but suited/connectedness def helps. I'd raise any suited/connected cards 8 and above, like 98s, T8s, J8s+ probably, as well as aces, pairs, and broadways.
