Vodka FTW. What was the single malt vodka you mentioned?
It's called "Still Waters" and is produced in Concord, ON of all places. Less than $40.00 for a 750 ml bottle, so a premium taste for less than premium price, imo.
My favourites are:
Vincent, from Holland. No longer available through the LCBO (Boooo . . .)
Chopin, from Poland. Just under $50.00 for a 710 ml bottle.
Belvedere, from Holland (?). Again, just under $50.00.
If you want a good "mixing" Vodka, you can go with Ketel One, although rumour has it they will be introducing an Ultra premium bottle this year, so who knows. For the record, Grey Goose sucks Donkey balls, no matter what the marketing dept. tells you.
Kristy, don't forget the brain cells . . . kills those, too. :D
