As for what you can do, they must have had pretty significant amounts of data to show that you were colluding. They wouldn't just seize funds without being 100% sure that you were doing this to cheat other players out of their money. Sure, I could be wrong, but at this point it looks like you cheated and got caught. Even though the stakes were small, if you were making odd plays with other people involved in hands to chip dump to your friend, you still were stealing.
If that is not right and you are 100% sure that no people lost money as a result of your plays, then I suggest you find a lawyer. Sometimes a simple lawyers letter will help get them to fix the problem. $2k really isn't worth going to trial over, but you could try going through
Kahnawake and filing a complaint. They license Full Tilt and I have heard some people have success going this route.
If you believe you are 100% innocent, you can also
Pitch a Bitch at casino meister. If you are on rakeback, talk to your rakeback affiliate also.
That should give you a start of some places to go.
Johnith;189954 wroteone more question. Does fulltilt now share this info with the other poker sites? I guess because of some dumb play at 5/10cent im screwed from online poker.. UGH.
Decisions like this are site specific. But that doesn't mean go and collude on other sites.
