2/5 cent cash game.

You hold KcKs in the Big Blind, you raise it 5xBB and the Button and Small blind calls.

Flop comes down 568 all spades.

What is your move on the flop?

Additonal Notes: You are the big stack and the two opponents are both short stackers with 50BB's left behind.

Here is what I did, raised it 2/3's size of the pot, got moved in on by button and called by SB. Do i get out of the way here? Or make the call? (Approx. $1.40 to call)

So when you were calling for $1.40 the pot was already +/- around $3-4? How much does other player have behind him and what do you have behind. Any reads on either players. At these stakes the pushing ranges are so big that a call is probably the right play, but with 2 other calls I don't really like it.

No real reads on either player, I hadn't sat down for long when I picked up the cowboys, I wasn't sure what to do because it's possible here that I'm a) holding the best hand b) drawing to the best hand or c) completely screwed.

I ended up hating myself and reluctantly calling to find out one had two pair, and another a made flush Jack high. I had two cards to hit the better flush or a running boat but to no avail I lost. Oh well.

You had to call there. Too much in the pot already to lay it down. You played the right percentages and got unlucky. Still quite a few outs with 2 cards to come and just missed. Can't hate yourself for a call here. Think we all make that call, really.

As always it's hard to guess what thinking processes (or lack of thinking processes) to find inside the head of your opponents on micro levels.

With a decent bet from the pre-flop aggressor (you) and two allins I would say we're beaten right now by at least one of our opponents and need a spade to win. There's a risk we're drawing dead, but maybe that is to small to really take under consideration. But let's assume one opponent has a made flush. 7 spades are left in the deck. How often will we hit one of them on either turn or river? Will it be often enough to be profitable in the long run?

The weakness in this way of reasoning is of course that I might be too tight/weak here in my belief there is a flush already out there. But with two callers and this board I would be surprised on micro level if that wasn't the case.

I fold in this spot. Its 2/5cent, the nuts is already out there, and if its not you are drawing slim.

People play their hands face up at this level, no need to get fancy....pick a better spot. You bet and got your answer on the flop, fold and move to the next hand.
