Why is this spam? i did not post any url or anything like that.
this is the "buy/sell" forum, and i'm posting somewhat of a "buy" offer.

Well, no it's not spam,, yet.... But we see these sorts of requests quite regularily and they usually end up in someone spamming something... You can't post a link to a commercial website where you stand to profit...
We'll let your request go for the moment, but if you do spam, it will be deleted and your id will be banned.
