I have already banned him but first I had a little fun... Sent him an email not identifying where I came from offering to exchange funds. He bit immediately... lol, after setting it all up I asked him if he was in Romania. He denied and said he was in the US, in quite broken english but still wanting to do the transaction and offering 20% vig. I sent him a copy of his IP trace but haven't heard back again. Have fun if you like....
