"The resource cannot be displayed"

Anyone else getting this error page 9/10 times they try to post something or send a PM?

For some reason this works fine, first time.

But when I try to reply to some threads, I get that error screen. This is working perfectly so far though. Weird.

yes i got the same error screen when i tried to PM someone on an arcade challenge.

Has something to do with the WYSIWYG editor.
