Stars Sunday $200 bustout hand
3400 starters we are down to 340 players top 320 make the money ($380). The money would be nice but I'm playing for first. NYC poker guy has raised the last 6/10 hands and pushed all in if anyone re-raised him with any 2 cards.
If I re-raised him all in with my KQ preflop he is calling for sure with any 2. I am also worried about the players yet to act behind me. How should I have played it?

Where you really going to fold if someone after you pushed all-in after committing half your stack preflop?
Likely not, so get some fold equity out of them while you can.
I think pushing is the right play almost all of the time here, and I wasn't going to fold if someone else re-raised with half my stack already in. I just didn't want to be 60/40 against NYC who I know will call 6k more for sure preflop. But may fold for 6K if he misses the flop. Say he had J3 instead of J2 there. Even though I do lose all fold equity by not pushing.

This guy could have any 2 cards, like you said. Youre KQs is 63% to win against a random hand... your pot odds here cant get much better.
