Power Failure

Recently I was playing a tournament (very early) and the power went off to my house. 3 hours later I got the power back but the STT was over.

I guess I have no chance of regaining my entry fee. Thoughts? It isn't really the sites fault so I haven't e-mailed them.

    You mean you don't have a backup generator as well as a wireless card that feeds off of cellular towers? Egad man, and you call yourself a serious poker player?

    LOL, just kidding. I would say that you won't be able to get the entry fee back, as the site can't verify that your power indeed went out :).

    Your probably screwed but send 'em an email anyway.

    When I have lost power I have never gotten my money back.

    However, one time on tigergaming their server screwed up during a tourny I was winning and I whined enough that they gave me double my entry fee back, but that was there fault (and it took about 10 emails and 2 weeks. I used to be persistent :) )
