$80 NL Hold'em Tournament

Hamilton (Mohawk and Garth area)
Saturday April 27
Doors open at 1pm - Cards fly at 1:30pm sharp
Tournament will run approximately 5-6 hours

Late arrivals will not be admitted to the tournament after the first 20 minutes (1:50pm) unless prior arrangements have been made with host.

Payouts will depend on the number of entrants (rounded to the nearest $5):
6-8 players - top 2 paid (70%-30%)
9-12 players - top 3 paid (50%-30%-20%)
13-15 players - top 4 paid (40%-28%-19%-13%)
16-20 players - top 5 paid (38%-26%-17%-11%-8%)

T10,000 starting stack
20 minute blinds (subject to change depending on # of entrants)
No rebuys/re-entries

Blinds Structure:
1 25-50
2 50-100
3 75-150
4 100-200
5 150-300 (break and chip up T25s)
6 200-400
7 300-600
8 400-800
9 600-1200
10 800-1600 (break and chip up T100s)
11 1000-2000
12 1500-3000
13 2000-4000
14 2500-5000
15 3000-6000 (break and chip up T500s)
16 4000-8000
17 5000-10000
18 6000-12000
19 8000-16000
20 10000-20000

Cash game to follow:
NL Hold’em - Pot Limit Omaha round by round
$0.50-$0.50 blinds
$100 max buy-in
Rebuys/Top Ups up to $100 or 50% of biggest stack

All games are rake free.

    We don't have 10 people yet, but it's still over a month away and I'm pretty sure we'll get over ten attending. I will add you to the list and I will PM you my address closer to the date. FYI, I think there may be a minimum number of posts you have to make on this forum in order to receive PMs (I think it's 10 posts), but I could be wrong.

    Hello Ed. Welcome to the forum. You are welcome to come to my game but it is not today. The tournament is on April 27th. I will add you to the list and send the address closer to the date.

    Going to have to miss this Trigs. I get back on the 10th at 2340 and I leave on April 24th in the morning.

    Curious if it was the early start time that was an issue? In the future, is my usual 7pm start better?

    no problem please let us know if you do this again, we live on hamilton mountain and love poker. I would even be open to holding a poker night at my house.

    I usually host one a month, normally cash games. There are a few of us in Hamilton but apparently this was a bad day/time for people.

    My next game will probably be either May 11th or May 25th I think. Keep an eye on the Hamilton sub forum.
