Venue/Lock list: Due to the small size of my place, I'm going to limit this to 35 PCFers and begin by giving preference to those who have attended in the past. If your name is on the lock up list and you're unable to attend, please let me know as it will open up a spot. If you attended in the past and I somehow forgot to add you to the lock up list, I'll do my best to get a spot for you! I wish I could accommodate more, but my place is small and hosting off-site holds little appeal to me.
edit: Good lord, I mostly filled the slots with those who have attended. Please post interest and I will start a Wait List and sort attendees into spots as available!
When: November 3 - 6, 2016.
Where: my house, Louisville, KY. 4 miles from Louisville International Airport (SDF, Standiford Field). I will send group PM close to the event with address and contact info, etc. Other airports: Cincinnati - 100 miles, Indianapolis - 120 miles, Lexington, KY - 80 miles.
Who: PCFers have priority. A few of my home game donkeys can fill in as needed.

*35-player $120 tourney at 4 tables on Saturday featuring Club Courage ASM elephant & crown chips.
* multi-table (up to 4) cash games including low-stakes mixed games, low-stakes NLHE and Circus Game with dedicated dealers from local Horseshoe Southern Indiana.

* Thursday afternoon excursion TBD. Churchill Downs for Fall racing, Slugger or Ali museum.

Hotel recommendations:
IMO best method is to book through Priceline and name your own price. My zip is 40213 or Airport area to help define your search. The hotels on Philips Lane are 3 miles away and many choices: Courtyard Marriott, Residence Inn, Comfort Inn, Hampton Inn, etc.

Minor glitch is accessing the parking lot: after exiting the expressway, take the 2nd left, then again 2nd left. This will allow you to cut behind two convenience stores to get to the hotel parking lot more easily.

Parking:
I can fit approximately 10 cars on my property (more if folks park perpendicular to street out front). Nearby street parking 1 block away between speed humps on the creekside. Do not park at condos, getting towed is possible.
Food and Other:
Within a mile are McDonald's, Wendy's, Panera, Chili's, Qdoba, Taco Bell, Jimmy John's, Sonoma Coffee, a Wal-mart grocery and Kroger. Chase and Fifth Third ATMs are nearby.

Cash game tables: there will always be a .25/.50 or .50/.50 NLHE table going (depends on chip set). Game will only change if all players agree. Circus table (mixed games) also available, stakes 1/1.
buy-ins: posted below. Max buy-in = half the big stack at table.
Straddle: NL and PL games only. Optional Mississippi straddle from button only, up to 4x big blind max. Straddle has last action and option to raise.
