    I think it's also that time of year where there's not much going on so ppl have more time. Workplaces are typically slow, people don't go outside as much, not much on TV, etc.

    In all seriousness, as long as the trolls are kept off the poker-related threads, then it will continue to be more active. The OPT crew and other players like me who actually play at the sold-out casino games or WPT/WSOP found no value in posting on this forum then getting trolled. After I saw Toronto Pimp, PocketTwos, Irunit4times, Card Dead, DirtArse, etc. at the casinos and found that we can communicate with each other here without getting idiotic insults unrelated to poker, then we can keep posting.

    The Brantford Deep Stack last week had the most forum members I've seen in years. It looks like the members going to Rama on Monday will be an all-time high. This can continue with WPT Fallsview, WSOP Montreal, WPT CSC, Rama, etc.

    What we really need is to get all the KW crew back again, those were the best years. Don't worry, if I ever recognize Fed or the like back here they will be gone as fast as I can click. However there is a big difference between actually trolling and having a difference of opinion... eg, my disagreement with your heavily math oriented decisions vs my more balanced beliefs. Just please remember that! We are all different.

    P.S. I really am glad you are back as well...

    True enough.

    Table building is going very well. Just passed the 2 year mark doing this full time. I hired an employee at the start of the year and I rented a booth at the BC Home & Garden show which is happening in a few weeks. I hope to get lots of exposure. Also got a new truck near the end of last year and plastered it with Chanman decals.

    Since I made my first post today in I don't know how long I'd thought I'd throw my 2 cents in.

    What has kept me coming back to this forum over the years is info about B&M events/casinos.

    Hadn't even lurked in months but when I came looking for info about why Mohawk poker room was closing, I found great content.

    I find myself checking in regularly again because I keep finding more useful info, some of which I haven't found or heard elsewhere. Such as, why Brantford stopped its weeknight tournies and that they may also resume. Headphones in Niagara and all the Fallsview info/updates.

    Also enjoying the playground updates, and appreciate that Mike is an active poster here and look for his posts.

    Having met Mike at the playground, very nice guy, its nice to have a Rep from what I consider the BEST poker room I have ever been to. Can't say in North America because I haven't been to any in the U.S. or other provinces besides Ontario.

    Can't wait to go back.
