The WSOP, Venetian, etc. use tournament lammers where satellite winners can use them to buy into any tournaments (or transfer to another player). Is Fallsview proposing to buy back satellite wins at full value, i.e., give casino chips instead of lammers?
I think it's just for the in-house satellites - and I'm not sure if they'll buy them back or just not let you play (another qualifier) if you've already won one of them. Also, I don't believe you can qualify for the $1K online but I could be mistaken.

pretty nice. will stop the scalping and it still makes winning sats profitable as you can sell them to fallsview for face value. why did it take them years to do this? lol
still my favorite series due to prize pool size, cant wait for this year.
My sleep pattern is still in flux between Manila, London and Toronto time. :-( It's one of the reasons why I haven't been able to make the six-hour drive
Stopped by fallsview with the wife for dinner, placed my name on satalite list played it but busted, it was all sharks the regular crowd, it took awhile to get it started a few regs walk away as they seen the players at the table. They are only running one table and in the 4.5hrs I was there they ran only one. I asked poker dude for some info he informed me two day 1s for the 1.1k but it's unlimited rebuts until level 9, and you are aloud to play both day 1s and keep larger stack. You may only buy one seat but may still win as many as you like for all events. Next the 2.5k will also have two day 1s ? Which I am confused as it still has yet to sell out, and same details as 1.1k unlimited rebuys until level 9 and you can play both day 1s. I not sure about the 5k as we were interrupted by an issue at table behind him, there is no printed info yet and since I never one the seat I not sure if vouchers are in.

It's not the first time Fallsview ran their Poker Classic over Valentines Day weekend.
That's just the dates for the $5k Main Event, I am sure the $1k and $2.5k will be during the week. That is if they do those events again.
