what are the suggestions for handling dealer mistakes? such things as the dealer forgetting to burn a card...or whatever

is there somewhere that addresses this?

They have solutions on homepokertourney.com for that. Personally, I'd ask everyone at the table their take on what happened then if there is a 100% one-way vote, let that happen, if not just give everyone their money back. Also, things like things should be decided before the game starts just so everyone is clear on it.
