The $55 satellite is running right now with an overlay, so if you want a subsidized trip to Montreal, register now.

Honestly, if the tourney was on a weekend I'm sure it'll get alot more interest. Just my 2 cents.
  • Last year's sold-out event was also from Sunday - Wednesday. It looks like the 1,000 - 1,500 players that will be there prefer to buy in for $275 directly rather than play the +EV $1, $6 & $55 satellites at PartyPoker. Due to Party's horrible policy of forfeiting a second package won, the $6 satellites rarely have enough players to generate a single seat to the final satellite with 2 guaranteed packages and usually an overlay.

  • Back to OP, maybe post actual poker discusion on new thread. I was hoping that this would be a disscusion about the issues in Montreal.
