Which poker sites allow you to set up private 1-table sng's?

I have a friend who lives in yankee land who wants to play with the boys and party doesnt seem to have private tourneys.

Pokerstars allows you to set up private tournaments as long as you've reached 2000 FPPs.

absolute poker allows you to set up sngs, but im not sure how many ARPs (absolute reward points) you require
